In 1992, Logowear began as a textile screen printing company, with a manual 6-color printer and a small dryer. Since then, the company has grown and prospered. Today, Logowear had the printing capabilities of 8 colors, with both manual and automatic presses.
In 1994, Logowear purchased Creative Embroidery, a long-time embroidering company in the Little Rock area, to support its screen printing company. Creative Embroidery had 4 embroidery heads at the time of purchase. Today, Logowear utilizes 32 embroidery heads. Growth was phenomenal, and in 1995, the two divisions split into Logowear Screen Printing and Logowear Embroidery. Along with the split in the company came a split in ownership. Pete Kirk now owns the screen printing division and Hal Sutherland owns the embroidery division, also known as Sutherland Enterprises.
